Vinyasa - Supports the growth of cardiovascular, muscular and emotional health. By focusing intention of movement to breathe Vinyasa offers a fun and exciting way to strengthen the body from the inside out, with deeply meditative flows that invite us to check ‘out’ from the external and ‘in’ to the internal.
Yin - Exercises the bodies plastic tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) through stillness. Positioning the body into positions that it experiences as semi-stressful, triggers the healing response to the area of stress, this then reinforces the joint capsules, and rehabs the plastic tissues.
Restorative- Uses soft props to support the body in comfortable positions to relieve bones and muscles of their duty of support and movement. Poses are held for a minimum of 10 minutes in order to access the deep relaxation required for the restoration and repair process to begin.
